			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, I updated to Alpha 6 today, and I have to admit, it&#8217;s very swish.  Everything on my Dell Inspiron 6400 still seems to work, though I did turn all the audio back to ALSA away from PulseAudio as it&#8217;s still broken. I also stopped it showing all my attached drives on the desktop, as I think it&#8217;s a bit messy.</p>
<p>The upgrade process took a little while to download and install all the new packages, but once they&#8217;d downloaded everything seemed to go smoothly. I must admit it feels a little bit slicker, but that might be due to some other reason!</p>
<p>Firefox 3 is certainly a big improvement. It&#8217;s a LOT more responsive, and it seems to use a lot less memory! Generally, it seems much better.</p>
